Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that span multiple disciplines. The role focuses on integrating various components within the ecosystem to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. Daily activities include executing continuous testing processes that cover security, application programming interfaces, and regression testing. The position also involves developing and maintaining automation strategies and scripts, managing data and environment configurations, and actively participating in code reviews. Monitoring and reporting defects are key tasks that contribute to ongoing improvements in testing procedures and overall product quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to define and implement testing strategies that align with project goals and quality standards.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of testing activities with business requirements and delivery timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.

Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes within software development.

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues related to application performance and security.

Familiarity with environment configuration and data management to support testing activities.

Skilled in participating in code reviews and defect tracking to enhance software quality.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
