What you do
Design, develop, and test software applications using various programming languages and technologies
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall code quality
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
Who you are
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in full-stack software development, preferably within banking, financial services, or enterprise environments
Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Webflux and Python
Proficient in front-end technologies including ReactJS, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, MUI, Styled Components and JavaScript/TypeScript
Develop reactive and event-driven applications leveraging non-blocking architectures and asynchronous processing patterns
Create and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium / Playwright for UI/functional testing and Gatling for performance and load testing
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native application development
Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
