Lead and scale a high-performing engineering team. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence engineering practices, develop leadership skills, and deliver impactful digital solutions within a dynamic, agile environment.

{ your_responsibilities: [

Drive predictable, high-quality delivery with strong risk and dependency management.

Establish and enforce engineering standards for code quality, testing, and production readiness.

Lead people management activities including coaching, feedback, and career development.

Build and maintain a motivated, accountable, and psychologically safe team culture.

Develop and maintain a 12-month technical roadmap aligned with business and platform strategies.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.

Manage hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of new team members to ensure rapid productivity.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [

Proven experience as an engineering manager or similar leadership role in software development.

Strong technical background with ability to review and challenge technical designs.

Deep understanding of software delivery processes, testing strategies, and production readiness.

Demonstrated success in people management, coaching, and building high-performing teams.

Excellent decision-making and prioritization skills in complex delivery environments.

Experience with Java, Spring, RestAPI, AWS (Kafka, Postgres), GrafanaCloud, and cloud-native development.

Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and SaaS-first approaches.

Strong collaboration and communication skills with a growth mindset.
