Job description:
Deliver high quality and ensure stable operations of SAP BASIS systems
Expert in troubleshooting and resolution of critical incidents/outages
Identify, manage, track and report Incident/Outage trend, create a data-driven plan, focused on delivering the best customer support, while identifying opportunities to build scalable processes
Seek opportunities to streamline process and optimize the outage resolution time
Effectively resolve/drive resolution for Critical Incident & Problem Management areas
Work closely with different units of ECS, Product Support etc. to execute projects
Must feel comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic and flexible environment
Proactively share knowledge and expertise to help others by creating KBA and knowledge roll-out
Support the management in strategic directions
Contribute ideas to help towards the vision and execution of teams in ECS Last line of Defense
Expert in SAP BASIS - ABAP,JAVA and Non-Netweaver applications
Expert in handling incidents and outages and ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work under pressure
Ability to Own, Lead and coordinate operational tasks, escalations, process improvements
Quick learner to learn and become an SME of technologies like SAP Power Designer, SAP Cloud Connector in short duration
Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems in a hosting environment
Knowledge on Hyperscalers (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
Positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
