Programista .Net - Regular - Banking

We are seeking a skilled Regular .NET Developer to join our team and build high-quality IT solutions for the financial sector. In this role, you will be responsible for: Conducting design and implementation work in IT systems (including Oracle-based technologies). Collaborating with end/business users to gather and analyze data requirements for new solutions, specifically detailing general tasks and business concepts. Actively participating in internal software testing. Creating and updating technical and functional system documentation. Cooperating in the development of new solutions and defining technical directions. Implementing actions to improve data quality in systems and applications exporting data to the data warehouse. Supporting the review of technical specifications, as well as project, technical, and administrative documentation prepared by third-party vendors.

Nice to Have Understanding of basic UX design principles. Familiarity with AGILE and XP methodologies. Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle databases. Practical knowledge of at least one CASE tool (e.g., Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect) and UML. Experience working in a matrix organizational structure. Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
