Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.

Effectively communicate with business units, vendors, and technical teams.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Resolve issues proactively to avoid project delays.

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.

Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders.

Prepare documentation for audits and governance processes.

Manage project budgets and control costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira.

Strong project planning and scheduling skills.

Experience in risk identification and mitigation.

Budget management and financial control experience.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification.

Experience in digital transformation projects.

Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, and audit processes.
