Purpose

The HR Project Lead is responsible for leading an HR project within the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams, to ensure that the project is implemented, enabling the organization to achieve its long-term business objectives.

Responsibilities

You oversee an HR project ensuring successful delivery within scope, quality, time, and budget constraints.

You work closely with HR business partners, department heads, and senior leadership across the business to understand their needs and align your project with organizational goals

You lead cross-functional project teams, including third parties, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with project goals

You lead change management efforts associated with your project, ensuring smooth transitions and employee readiness

You monitor and report on project progress and performance, including identified risks and mitigation strategies, and provide regular updates to your stakeholders and senior management.

You develop and maintain project documentation and governance and conduct post-project analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions

You work very closely with the HRIS team to ensure integration of your project with the relevant HR technology.

Education

Master degree in business, HR, or related field.

5-10 years of relevant HR experience
