Job Description:
Join our dynamic Industrialization team and drive excellence in industrial innovation! We're seeking an Industrial Project Manager - Senior Professional to lead cutting-edge industrialization initiatives and shape the future of our manufacturing processes.
What will you do:
Lead industrial projects across the full project lifecycle, from planning through implementation and launch
Coordinate program vendor activities, including design, tooling, equipment, and parts suppliers to ensure optimal cost, delivery, and quality targets
Drive new product introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring smooth transition from development to industrialization and operational readiness
Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in new product development, including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and business stakeholders
Manage the introduction of new offers, ensuring alignment between product, operations, and market needs
Monitor and drive project performance related to timeline, quality, cost, and execution risks
Lead problem-solving and decision-making across complex project environments
Manage, coach, and support team members, fostering performance, engagement, and capability development
Provide clear status updates and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders
Anticipate project risks and develop mitigation plans to protect delivery and business outcomes
Contribute to continuous improvement in project management practices, industrial processes, and team effectiveness

Requirements:
Demonstrated track record in manufacturing project management and NPI leadership
Strong expertise in supply chain activities and manufacturing technologies
Proven ability to prepare detailed quotations for piece cost and tooling
Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Technical proficiency in providing launch support at assembly locations
Solid understanding of industrial processes, project governance, and product lifecycle management
Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity, ambiguity, and change
Experience in risk management, planning, and execution follow-up
Advanced English Level
Able to travel 30% of the time to US/MX
