Location: United Square
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive to join our Finance team. The successful candidate
will be responsible for keeping full sets of accounts and attending to financial matters for development
property companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Keep full sets of accounts in SAP, including but not limited to all aspects of progress billings (including AML checks), payment to contractors, GST submission, submission, monitoring of cashflow/loan/interest repayments.
Prepare monthly financial reports for the management
Handle external auditors for annual audit and internal auditors for periodic reviews
Prepare annual budget and forecast
Assisting with ad hoc requests for information from other departments or projects and/or administrative tasks for the Finance Department.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in accountancy or equivalent
Preferably with experience in keeping full set of accounts
Has some experience or exposure to real estate accounting
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, experience in SAP software is advantageous
Able to communicate and interact well with personnel from other departments
Adaptable to changes due to introduction of new laws and regulations
