About the Role

We are looking for a talented and driven Full Stack Developer to join our technology team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in developing scalable web applications using PHP, Laravel, Node.js (Express), React, MySQL, and MongoDB.

This role is not limited to development. The candidate will be responsible for the complete software lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, production releases, server management, monitoring, and post-deployment support.

Hands-on experience with production deployments, Linux server administration, testing, and troubleshooting live applications is mandatory.

Experience with Claude Code and AI-assisted software development is also mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.

Build robust backend services using PHP/Laravel and Node.js (Express).

Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.

Design and optimize MySQL and MongoDB databases.

Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.

Perform end-to-end testing, debugging, and quality assurance before production releases.

Plan, execute, and monitor production deployments with minimal downtime.

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux production servers.

Manage Nginx/Apache, PM2, SSL certificates, Cron Jobs, and application services.

Monitor production applications, investigate issues, and provide quick resolutions.

Optimize application performance, database queries, and server resources.

Utilize Claude Code and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Collaborate with product, QA, and business teams to deliver reliable software.

Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong understanding of application security and performance optimization.

Experience working with Git-based development workflows.

Additional Preferred Qualification

Candidates who have independently delivered 1–2 production-grade projects with AI integration will be given preference.

Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.), AI agents, chatbots, document processing, RAG pipelines, AI workflows, or other AI-powered features into web applications is highly desirable.

* Ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code to accelerate software development, testing, debugging, and deployment is expected.
