Required Skills

Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS) using Infrastructure-as Code (Terraform, Ansible).

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid deployment cycles.

Own the automation of deployment, monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks (CloudWatch, New Relic).

Collaborate with software engineering and QA teams to streamline DevOps workflows and release processes.

Oversee compliance-based data migrations across secure, multi-cloud environments (GDPR, HIPAA, PHI, PII, PCI).

Implement cloud monitoring and incident response systems to reduce downtime and enhance reliability.

Write clear documentation for infrastructure, processes, and deployment playbooks.

Serve as a subject matter expert during client engagements, workshops, and post deployment support.

Occasionally travel to client sites across the U.S. and Canada to support deployments and training sessions.

What we're looking for:

5+ years in a DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation role. Strong experience with:

AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Gitlab, Packer, Python, Bash, Ansible, Linux

Experience implementing and supporting compliance frameworks: GDPR, HIPAA, PCI, PHI, PII.

Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, secure cloud operations, and infrastructure troubleshooting.

Agile/Scrum experience; comfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly document and explain systems to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate

HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate

AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner

CAPM, PSM I, or other project management credentials

Experience leading client workshops or hands-on training sessions.

Pay: $95,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
