Senior Project Manager - Fintech Sector:

XT Novigo, a leader in IT services for the financial market and part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Project Manager to support our clients in identifying and delivering strategic projects, combining strong project management skills, a consulting mindset, and a focus on developing long-term client relationships.

Working closely with Business and IT functions, both internal and on the client side, you will coordinate development, implementation, and evolution projects for our software products and custom solutions.

What will you do?

You will act as the main point of contact for clients throughout all project phases, managing stakeholder relationships and coordinating organizational, functional, and project-related activities. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing client requirements, translating them into project solutions in collaboration with Business Analysts and Technical Leaders.

You will oversee project progress by defining timelines, costs, and operational approaches, supporting development, testing, and solution validation activities. You will also contribute to the preparation of proposals, project offers, and feasibility studies, supporting the growth of assigned accounts by identifying new business needs and opportunities for evolution.

You will play an active role in presales activities and in the development of client relationships, identifying new requirements and transforming them into valuable business initiatives.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders with different roles and levels of responsibility;

Ability to identify project evolution opportunities and contribute to account growth through a proactive, value-driven approach;

Proven experience in end-to-end management of complex projects, activity planning, and team coordination;

At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or Delivery Management roles within IT Consulting or Fintech environments, working with clients in the banking, financial services, and insurance sectors;

Experience in managing presales activities, from preparing proposals and project offers to defining feasibility studies;

Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to translate business needs into concrete project solutions;

Knowledge of the main Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies;

Ability to query databases and manage SQL queries;

Native level command of spoken and written Italian;

Good spoken and written English skills.

Contract Type: Permanent

Gross Annual Salary (RAL): 43.000,00 € - 48.000,00 €

The employment level and compensation package will be defined during the selection process, based on the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary Sector – Confcommercio.
