Assistant Project Manager
About the role
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of interior fit-out projects
Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, contractors, and suppliers for smooth site execution
Monitor project schedules, progress, and quality standards at sites
Ensure material availability and track site requirements
Support in maintaining BOQs, measurements, and basic billing coordination
Conduct regular site visits and prepare progress reports
Ensure adherence to safety norms and company quality standards
Act as a communication bridge between design, procurement, and execution teams
