We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations.

Qualifications

College Graduate

At least 3–5 years of Operations Manager experience in a Healthcare BPO

Strong Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or Hospital Billing experience

Experience using the EPIC Platform

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Strong leadership, operations, and stakeholder management experience

Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

Willing to work on a Night Shift

Job Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of a US Healthcare account.

Lead and develop Operations Team Leaders and Associates.

Drive performance against KPIs, SLAs, and client expectations.

Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements.

Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Workforce teams to achieve operational excellence.

Utilize EPIC and RCM expertise to support business objectives.

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
