Summary:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join their fully remote engineering team. The employee will contribute to the development and enhancement of our proprietary AI-powered software platform, working alongside experienced engineers and PhD-level data scientists to build innovative solutions for international clients. This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, collaborative, curious, and eager to learn. You'll work in a modern cloud-based development environment, participate in agile ceremonies, and contribute to both frontend and backend development while delivering high-quality code.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain both frontend and backend components of our in-house software platform.

Build and deploy applications within an AWS cloud environment.

Work from assigned tickets through completion, following established engineering workflows.

Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

Submit pull requests for peer review and incorporate feedback before production deployment.

Collaborate closely with software engineers, PhD-level data scientists, and cross-functional teams.

Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, engineering meetings, and technical discussions.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Continuously learn new technologies and contribute ideas to improve products and processes.

Maintain documentation and collaborate using modern development tools.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.

Strong knowledge of frontend and backend development.

Experience working with AWS Cloud Services.

Experience using Git/GitHub for version control.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and ticketing systems.

Experience working with pull requests and code review processes.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Curious mindset with a willingness to ask questions and continuously learn.

Required Skills:

Experience developing cloud-native applications.

Familiarity with Confluence, Slack, and modern engineering collaboration tools.

Experience working on AI, machine learning, or data-driven software products.

Experience Minimum Years of Experience: 1-3 years

Education: Bachelor Graduate Certifications (if applicable)
