Payroll - Senior Payroll Manager
About the role
We are a full-service payroll provider to over 140 different employers and have been providing payroll services for over two decades.
You would manage this business with the assistance of other staff. You would have the onsite support of Certified Public Accountants in the event of any questions.
Duties include: Payroll processing, reporting, tax deposit filing, worker's compensation insurance audit support, tax correspondence, client handling, file maintenance and overall management of the payroll department among other duties. As you will be interacting with the payroll clients themselves, excellent people skills and customer service will also be needed.
Your knowledge of payroll services will also be used to help convert to a new payroll system. Strong knowledge of different types of payroll and strong attention to detail are required for this job. We expect to begin implementing and testing the new payroll system August/September. We are very excited about the new capabilities we will be able to bring to our clientele. You will be proud to introduce these services to new and existing clients.
