Materials Mgmt Analyst II

As a Materials Mgmt Analyst II here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting and optimizing the materials management processes to ensure efficient supply chain operations. You will analyze inventory data, support procurement activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain material availability and support production schedules.

You will report directly to Sr Supply Planning Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Juarez, Mexico location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain by ensuring accurate materials planning and inventory control, contributing to cost reduction and timely delivery of materials to meet production demands.

YOU MUST HAVE

Experience in materials management or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory data and support decision-making.

Familiarity with materials management software and ERP systems.

Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory control techniques.

WE VALUE

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.

Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Good problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems and materials management best practices.

Analyze inventory levels and support inventory management activities to optimize stock and reduce excess or obsolete materials.

Assist in procurement processes by coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely material availability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and finance to support materials planning and resolve supply chain issues.
