Job Summary:

The Intermediate Data Analyst plays a crucial role in our organization by transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This position is designed for an analytical thinker who can work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our data management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MS Dynamics and Azure, ensuring that our data systems are optimized for performance and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze complex data sets using MS Dynamics and Azure to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.

Develop and implement data models, reports, and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making across departments.

Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring data solutions align with organizational needs.

Maintain data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data quality checks and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Assist in the design and deployment of data management processes, tools, and systems.

Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and methodologies.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics to continuously improve our analytical capabilities.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on MS Dynamics and Azure.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

Proficient in data visualization tools and techniques.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders.

Enhanced security clearance is required for this role.
