Overview:
We are looking for a full-time Project Lead to join our team of Resource Professionals working for the Forestry Management Department. Our mission is to provide the highest caliber of service to meet the needs of our clients, and we are only as good as the people on our team. We are looking for a team player who is motivated, positive, and dependable. This position is based out of our Prince George office.

Job Responsibilities:
This position offers a combination of field and office work, and its responsibilities will generally include:
Leading the field crew in data collection and various field duties.
Supporting the project managers on several phases of projects execution.
Coordinating between project managers and team members.
Ensuring work meets the established standards for quality control and for safety.
Preparing reports and professional assessments.
Supporting on various tasks as required.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of project management / coordination experience in the forestry sector.
RPF or RFT designation is required, FIT nearing registration will also be considered.
Strong Professional communication and organizational skills.
Experience timber cruising is an asset.
Valid Class 5 British Columbia Driving Licence; experience driving 4x4 trucks and ATVs.
Physically fit and able to work outdoors; willing to work in diverse and demanding conditions.
Compensation:
The hourly range is $35-$40, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
