Skills
About the role
Start your career with Accenture - and help shape what comes next.
Technology is moving quickly - and early career talent has an important role to play in what comes next. At Accenture, you’ll have the opportunity to learn through real work, build practical skills, collaborate with talented teams and contribute to solutions that help organisations, communities and people move forward.
This is a place to grow your confidence, explore what you’re capable of and build momentum in a career shaped by technology, curiosity and impact.
What You’ll Do
As a Graduate Technology Analyst you’ll join project teams that bring together technology, strategy and delivery. You’ll help solve real business challenges, support clients through change and contribute to work that turns ideas into practical outcomes.
Contributing to the design, build or improvement of digital products, platforms and technology solutions
Exploring how data, AI and automation can help teams work smarter and make better decisions
Supporting secure, scalable and user-focused solutions from concept through to delivery
Collaborating with consultants, engineers, designers and clients to solve problems and deliver meaningful change
You’ll be supported as you learn, with access to structured development, hands-on project experience, certifications, mentoring and teammates who are there to guide you as you build your skills.
Your work may evolve across areas such as software engineering, cloud, data and AI, cybersecurity, systems design and technology consulting. You don’t need to have your whole career mapped out - we’ll help you explore where your strengths and interests can take you.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for final year students and recent graduates who are keen to learn, open to new ideas and excited by the role technology can play in solving complex problems.
You may have studied computer science, software engineering, IT, information systems, cyber security, data science, analytics, mathematics, engineering, business or commerce - or another discipline that has helped you build problem-solving, analytical or technical skills.
We’re especially keen to hear from double-degree candidates combining Business or Commerce with Information Technology, and from people who bring strong consulting, business and client-facing capability - or a combination of business and technology knowledge rather than a purely technical background. A genuine interest in technology consulting matters just as much to us as technical skill.
