Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant / Warehouse Store Person to join our team in Wodonga, Victoria. This full-time, permanent position plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while managing stock and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of providing high-quality products and services to our customers, enhancing their shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable advice to enhance their shopping experience.

Manage stock levels, including receiving, unpacking, and organising merchandise in the warehouse.

Ensure the sales floor is well-presented and stocked, maintaining high visual merchandising standards.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Participate in regular stocktakes and assist in inventory management.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and stock management.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.

Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays.
