DeGruyter Brill is considering DXC Luxoft as a potential partner to support the development of their Cloud Platform. The initial request is to start with a small senior team, with the plan to scale further based on delivery performance and collaboration fit to a full scrum team.

Senior level cloud development experience

Experience with modern cloud platforms and infrastructure automation

Scala / Java or Kotlin (our application is in Scala but an engineer with either of the other two languages should be able to understand it)

MVC frameworks

AWS

Terraform (integration in Gitlab CI/CD)

Elastic Search / Open Search

Basic SQL skills

Front-end relevant experience:

Javascript / Typescript

CSS

Experience with responsive design and accessibility requirements

Most important for us is someone who is able to understand concepts, not afraid to dig through log files, communicate clearly and is able to use common sense. We need someone who can understand a fully integrated systems and has analytical skills and the right mindset.

Nice to have

Figma tool experience.
