About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Data Analyst who can transform data into actionable insights to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, business understanding, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business operations
Develop dashboards, reports, and MIS using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to help improve business performance
Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions
Monitor KPIs and generate regular performance reports
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
Support decision-making with data-driven recommendations
Collaborate with technical teams for data extraction and automation
Perform ad-hoc analysis based on business needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
Strong knowledge of Excel (Advanced), SQL, and data analysis techniques
Experience with Power BI / Tableau or similar visualization tools
Good understanding of business processes and data interpretation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
